\nDON ENRIQUE Building” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:28|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]To \u201cDon Enrique\u201d Building, the winner of the Aproin Award\u2019s eleventh edition \u201cGalician Building 10\u201d\u00a0 has\u00a0 5 underground floors for\u00a0 garages, store rooms and installations rooms, mezzanine\u00a0 floors where are located the store rooms and a community local, commercial ground floor, 9 floors and 40 apartments in a built surface of 10.300 M\u00b2 in a plot of 650 M\u00b2.
\nThe work designer architect\u00a0 is Jos\u00e9 Herrero Garcia, being master builder and director of the material execution of the work, Manuel Taboada Acevedo, the main construction company CONSTRUCTIONS ALONSO ARESES S.L., the financial company is CAIXAGALICIA and GESVAL is the insurance company.<\/p>\n

Although we have repeat in several times; Prize Aproin is a Real Estate Development Prize, it is not\u00a0 an architecture, construction or sales prize, although all these influences are in the final result.
\nIt is a matter of rewarding to those buildings that\u00a0 represent an exemple of wich we must understand as a good\u00a0 Real Estate Promotion in that all the aspects to value in a building are combined, in short, to show the best building to\u00a0 buy a house with\u00a0 the pleasure of finding\u00a0 everything good-solved and where we can see that everything\u00a0 has been thought, well-worked and well-finished. For it, and to provide to the contest more independence. APROIN has chosen to several profesional people who compose the jury, they are recognized expert people in different areas that we can find in the\u00a0 building, promotion and development of a residential Promotion, and they value in their respective areas the different candidacies, and finally they debate and grant the prize in a way\u00a0 without interest of the Asociation, the asociation has only a member in the jury who acts as coordinator\u00a0 and he has no right to vote. These are people who compose the Jury<\/p>\n

Last November 4th, the jury of the prize APROIN 2004 \u201cGalician Building 10\u201d, after visiting the buildings presented to the contest, took the unanimous decision of offering to the development real estate agency GESTOSO INC.\u00a0 (GROUP PROMOGESA), by their building located at\u00a0 Plaza Francisco Fern\u00e1ndez del Riego (Elliptic Square), n\u00ba 7 of Vigo, the Prize APROIN 2004,Galician Building 10.\u00a0 The ceremony of\u00a0 presentation of the prizes, will take place in a supper to celebrate in the Financial Club Vigo, the next December\u00a0 2nd with the presence of around 200 members of a household, it is expected the assistance of the\u00a0 president of honor, Conselleiro of Ordering of the Territory and First\u00a0 vice President of the Xunta, D.
