Promogesa is a real estate group established in the Costa del Sol, whose main activity is the promotion of urbanizations, residential construtions, houses, and local premises, among others.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Luis Guerrero, Project Manager and Architect for the corporation, gives us more details about the activity developed by Promogesa.<\/p>\n

– \u00bfWhat projects are carrying out currently?
\n<\/em>Although our field of action is situated fundamentally in the area of Mijas and Fuengirola, currently we are carrying out a promotion in Galicia.\u00a0 In concrete, a luxury residential building, situated in the seaside town of Vigo.\u00a0 At the same time, right now we are building an urban development complex of 180 apartments, situated between Fuengirola and Mijas, that we will deliver in about 10 months.\u00a0 This project is an urbanization with excellent qualities and a strategic communication.<\/p>\n

– \u00bfWhat other projects of future have you?
\n<\/em>In Promogesa we have a wide extension of land for the construction of more than 2.000 houses in all over Andalusia.\u00a0 Though, as I have\u00a0 previously said, our main investment\u00a0 center is in the neighboring municipalities of Mijas and Fuengirola, where we have projected several residential promotions, as well as hotel plots.\u00a0 These last they are situated in Calahonda.\u00a0 Likewise, in Promogesa we bet on other values.\u00a0 It is the case of two of our promotions linked to the leisure and concretely to the sport of the golf.\u00a0 One of them is called The Hills of the Golf, a residential complex, situated together to Hotel Byblos.\u00a0 And another of them is a complex of 600 luxury\u00a0 houses with golf course, very next to Sotogrande.<\/p>\n

– \u00bfWhich are the main objectives of your business at the moment of developing a promotion?
\n<\/em>For us is essential to have a good location and an excellent level of equipment.\u00a0 At the same time, we\u00a0 always try to offer a biq quality details, materials, as in the own construction.\u00a0 Likewise, we try to offer competitive final prices, in each one of the markets in which we work.\u00a0 But, without any doubt, our final aim is to obtain the full satisfaction of our clients.<\/p>\n

– \u00bfWhich it is the\u00a0 added value that\u00a0 Promogesa offers\u00a0 respect to other companiee of the sector?<\/em>
\nBy our side, each time that\u00a0 we start a project we mark us a limit\u00a0 of construction time and some commitments that we we strictly carry out.\u00a0 The reliability is one of our strong points and the most important guarantee along these 12 years of work in the sector.\u00a0 Besides, we keep a personalized treat with our clients, with the objective to know their main needs.\u00a0 This offers us the possibility to adapt us to the economic capacity of each one of them.<\/p>\n
